About the OTS
The Oregon Thoracic Society (OTS) promotes the interest of medical professionals and patients in Oregon concerning clinical, scientific, epidemiological, and social aspects of respiratory, critical care, and sleep medicine.
Support the OTS Mission:
The Oregon Thoracic Society (OTS) mission shall be to further the education and promote the interest of the medical profession and allied health professionals concerning clinical, scientific, epidemiological, social aspects of respiratory, critical care, and sleep medicine.
To promote lung health for the state of Oregon and environs.
To promote interest in research, treatment, and control of respiratory diseases and to cooperate with other medical societies or organizations to promote these interests.
To encourage and support clinical, epidemiological, and other scientific research in respiratory diseases and illnesses requiring critical care.
To encourage and support professional and technical education of respiratory disease prevention, control, and treatment.
